For over 20 years, I have worked in some of the largest global consulting firms providing advisory services - helping to solve really big issues. I've also had the good fortune of working with smaller, family owned businesses - companies who are inspirational and allow one to feel closer to the outcomes of the work. My consulting and corporate journey has seen me working across an array of industries within Canada and the US - Financial Services, Retail, Telecommunications, Technology, Utilities, Private Equity, and Public sector.
Along the way, it became clear to me that there was a more collaborative and rewarding way of supporting companies with their goals and objectives, which is why Revamp was born. I believe in the following things when it comes to working:
These beliefs have translated into how I work. I am passionate about finding ways to solve problems and make businesses more efficient, while supporting employee engagement and adoption to change. My HR background allows me to think through client issues using a people-centric lens and advise on ways in which culture, knowledge and people retention, and the ways of working can be maximized to preserve and grow organizational value.
I thrive on learning and hold a B.Sc from the University of Toronto, a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management, and am a certified ProSci Change Manager.
